Iphone game om aandacht te krijgen voor Homosexsualiteit
Factory games, een US game developer heeft een game in de app store gelanceert om meer aandacht te krijgen voor homoseksualiteit.De game is een mix tussen Tetris en Dinner Dash als een 3D puzzel game in de setting van een virtuele valet parking business. Echter de twee personages in de game Ren en Akira zijn homesexueel. In de verhaallijn wordt dit gedurende de game zeer benadrukt en deze twee personage staan ook erg central in de gameplay.
De CEO van Factory Games zei het volgende over de game : “We set out to not only create a game that is an absolute blast to play with incredible visuals and top notch audio, but we also wanted to make a social statement that gays and lesbians should have the same marital rights as heterosexuals,” says CEO Andrew Littlefield.
Aan de game zit ook nog een goed doel. Een deel van de opbrengsten zal naar gedoneerd worden aan de Human Rights Campaign.
